My stress management programme integrates practices and tools from current psychological understanding together with ancient wisdom traditions.
I use a self-help educational approach to identify and support each individual’s ability to reduce and manage excess stress. The programme can be rolled out in-house. I also offer on-going consultation for managers and programme facilitators.
