My approach to team coaching and development combines one-to-one and whole-team activities and improves the performance of both individuals and the team.

I am particularly successful at getting diverse groups with conflicting values and perspectives to work more effectively together.

I support individuals and organisations to understand how their own development and the development of their organisation are related. Typical areas where I have achieved exceptional results include:

  • reconciling problems between colleagues
  • working with diversity and differing communication styles to improve team dynamics
  • dealing with grief and loss in the workplace
  • improving assertiveness and the giving/receiving of feedback within groups
  • activity, time and attention management
  • improving leadership, communications and problem-solving skills within groups
  • identifying and capitalising on the unique critical strengths inherent in each work group.
