My approach to team coaching and development combines one-to-one and whole-team activities and improves the performance of both individuals and the team.
I am particularly successful at getting diverse groups with conflicting values and perspectives to work more effectively together.
I support individuals and organisations to understand how their own development and the development of their organisation are related. Typical areas where I have achieved exceptional results include:
- reconciling problems between colleagues
- working with diversity and differing communication styles to improve team dynamics
- dealing with grief and loss in the workplace
- improving assertiveness and the giving/receiving of feedback within groups
- activity, time and attention management
- improving leadership, communications and problem-solving skills within groups
- identifying and capitalising on the unique critical strengths inherent in each work group.
