I completed Brian Bacon's Oxford Leadership Development Programme on leading with Purpose, Vision and Values and work with Fellows of Oxford Leadership Academy. As a graduate of the Integral Organisational Leadership programme (Integral Institute, Colorado) I offer leading-edge approaches to leadership and organisational development.
