I am available to work on one-off projects, such as single day training events and also over a longer period of time, on sustained coaching and staff development.

What makes me different?

Traditionally, people involved in corporate training focus on the externals – the concrete skills that business people need to achieve their goals. I focus on these too, of course. But I am also able to bring my years of experience with personal development, analytical and coaching psychology to help those I work with recognise how their motivations and values affect their ability to apply learned skills. I train people to master their mental performance states throughout the day for greater satisfaction and performance. My approach is truly integrated involving ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ sciences – and achieves powerful and long-lasting results.
